Customer Care
In the Chrysalis Beauty Studio your satisfaction with your services are very important. Efforts are greatly made to make sure that you are pleased with not only your services but experience. If there is ever a concern please don't hesitate to let me know. ​

To give you the best experience I ask that when you schedule your appointment please read the descriptions carefully and add appropriate services.
The studio/loft can only accommodate a few people at a time so please do not bring any other guests including children. Services are available for children 12 and up.

Most of us are busy and wearing many hats. I enjoy having a space where you can unwind and relax. Bring your favorite snack or you can grab any of the refreshments that I have available for your enjoyment. Feel free to bring your tablet or favorite book. Chargers for your phone are available so you can stay connected.

Covid/Flu Policy
At the moment wearing a mask is optional. If you are feeling under the weather please reschedule.
Late and Cancellation Policy
Due to a limited schedule being prompt to your appointment is ideal. If you are running late please call or message me. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled so as not to run into the next client' s experience. Cancellations with less than a 12 hour notice will result in a $25 fee. Missing your appointment without notice will be the cost of missed booked service.
